By accessing or using the Church Musician Connect platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Church Musician Connect provides a platform for churches and musicians to connect, schedule, and manage worship ministry opportunities. We offer both free and paid ("Pro") subscription tiers with varying levels of features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

If you subscribe to our Pro tier, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

For transactions facilitating payment to musicians, Church Musician Connect may apply standard processing and application fees as detailed during the checkout process.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you post on the Service (e.g., profiles, audio samples, audition submissions). By posting content, you grant Church Musician Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms like Planning Center. We are not responsible for the availability, ongoing functionality, or content of these third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is governed by their respective terms of service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Church Musician Connect does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
